The real estate agent’s support staff are vital in ensuring the wheels keep turning in the Bayleys Marlborough office. So, over the next few months, we’re going to use this space to introduce you to some of those team members.
Biddy has been part of Bayleys Marlborough for two years; you may recognise her face from the Bayleys Marlborough Property Management team where she has previously worked. These days, Biddy supports Nick Sowman and Andre Bezar who both specialise in residential real estate. She’ll liaise with them both on a daily basis and help to coordinate their days, so you get the best service possible.
Biddy says she loves being part of the young, energetic sales team who get excellent results for their clients. She credits this partly to the social media channels and advanced technology the team embraces in their marketing plans.
Asked for her #1 piece of advise for vendors, Biddy replies, “It’s simple… Trust in the process and your agent, because ultimately they want the same things you do.”
When she’s not looking after Nick, Andre and their clients you’ll find Biddy’s attention lavished elsewhere… Running around after her very energetic two and a half-year-old child! If she gets a moment to herself it’s usually spent enjoying the Marlborough sunshine and everything our beautiful region has to offer.
Tarin is a relative newcomer to Bayleys Marlborough, joining us in April of this year. His background in hospitality and semi-professional sport has helped him hone his communication skills and team player’s attitude. So, he’s slipped very nicely into the role of Kurt Lindsay’s client manager. Kurt specialises in rural, vineyard and lifestyle sales, and Tarin looks after the administration side of his business, by preparing reports and property information, buyer matching and conducting open homes and viewings.
Having this invaluable support really adds value to Kurt’s client’s experiences. Tarin explains further, “We pride ourselves in obtaining a premium price for our vendors. We do this by creating specific marketing plans for each property, we make sure we cover all areas of the market and identify all potential purchasers.”
Not just a team player in the office, when Tarin’s not working, you’ll find him playing cricket and basketball, as well as helping out with the coaching of cricket at junior levels and with junior representative basketball coaching.
