About Grant McLeod:
Grant joined the Bayleys Marlborough team some two years ago. Originally from the West Coast, Grant spent his early years on the family farm there, before they moved to Marlborough when he was about ten. It was here, that he owned his own building company for twenty years, allowing him to bring an impressive background knowledge base to his career in residential real estate. Further experience in developing and owning vineyards, means Grant knows the Marlborough region well and has a notable little black book of contacts!
Grant values the teamwork ethic at Bayleys Marlborough. He counts this as one of the reasons that agents can achieve fantastic results for their vendors. He also appreciates that there are two sides to every real estate transaction. Grant says, “You know you’ve done a good job when everybody is happy, vendors and purchasers.” It’s Grant’s communication skills, and honest feedback that he believes are critical to a successful transaction. He provides an enthusiastic level of service and commitment to his clients. Grant also prides himself on keeping all parties in the loop each step of the way.
