Our team continues to grow consistently. Today, we’re taking the opportunity to introduce you to not one, but two of our newest Bayleys Marlborough team members. Tracey and Trev Petersen have joined our Kaikoura based team.
Introducing Team Petersen to Kaikoura:
Tracey and Trev Petersen both joined the Kaikoura sales team on 18th November, and we are delighted to have them on board. Tracey and Trev are no strangers to real estate. They join us with a strong sales background, having consistently been in the top five (of thirty agents) in their previous firm. They specialise in both residential and rural real estate.
As a vendor when you list with Team Petersen, you get double the experience. They say, “Because we work together, we can, and often do, make the impossible happen.” They continue, “When it comes to viewing appointments at very short notice, one, (if not both of us), is always available.” This means that Tracey and Trev can get the right people through the doors to your home at the right time.
With a strong work ethic, Tracey and Trev enjoy being part of their client’s life-changing moments. Tracey will tell you that there is nothing quite like experiencing the warm-fuzzies at that moment that keys are handed over to first-time buyers!
Both Trev and Tracey count themselves as Kaikoura locals. Having lived in the town most of his life, Trev is delighted to be back after a brief stint in Christchurch. Tracey was born and bred in Outram. But she fell in love with Kaikoura when she met Trev ten years ago. Both enjoy being part of a welcoming community. They also appreciate the stunning scenery and leisurely lifestyle.
When they’re not selling property, you’ll find the Petersens enjoying everything Kaikoura has to offer. They love fishing, hiking, gardening, and spending time with family.
