At the beginning of 2017, we committed to a series of blog posts that would help you get to know your Bayleys Marlborough team members, so you could make the right choice when you decide to sell your property. We’re proud to be a company that never rests on its laurels, and continues to grow, so it seems that this series of blog posts is going to extend into 2018! Today we’d like to introduce you to one of our newest agents, William Porter.
William joined Bayleys Marlborough just a few months ago, in November. But he’s no stranger to the region, a local through and through, William admits that while he’s tried to live elsewhere, Marlborough’s fabulous lifestyle and the local people have continued to draw him back into the fold!
Previous to joining the Bayleys Marlborough team William was a hunting guide, so it’s no surprise that he’s carving his real estate niche as part of our Marlborough Sounds and rural team, he brings a wealth of regional knowledge to the table, as well as an address book full of local connections.
Engage William as your listing agent, and we can guarantee a healthy dose of enthusiasm and a committed level of service. He has personable amiability that ensures he’s a pleasure to do business with.
Asked for his number one piece of advice for vendors, Will replies, “Don’t skimp on marketing. Saving hundreds of dollars today could potentially cost thousands in the long run.”
When William isn’t selling property in the Marlborough Sounds or countryside, you’ll still find him in the same places… If he’s not working, he’ll be hunting, fishing or diving instead.
