Here’s your starter for ten… What promises a tasty supper, amazing auction and a bucket load of entertainment? The answer is, of course, the great Bayleys Marlborough Quiz Night, supporting Make-A-Wish New Zealand.
It’s been three years since the Bayleys Foundation began it’s alliance to support the life-changing work undertaken by Make-A-Wish New Zealand. We’ve been honoured to help to make wishes come true for young people from 3 years to 17 years with life-threatening medical conditions.
Over those years, the Make-A-Wish team have granted many wishes across the length and breadth of the country. They work hard to make sure that these are tailored for each young person individually. And that they far exceed expectations. With your help, we’ve been proud to support this fabulous organisation in making each wish the best it can be so that it creates a fantastic experience and forms a lasting memory for each young recipient.

If you’re coming along to the Bayleys Marlborough Quiz Night, supporting Make-A-Wish New Zealand, here are three tips for Quiz Night success!
- Variety is the spice of life – Gather the right mix of people on your team with a broad range of interests. That way you’ll have all the quiz categories covered.
- Delegate well – If you’re taking things seriously, you’ll need to distribute the workload. Choose one person to write down the answers and another decisive candidate to referee. Yes! There may be a dispute to settle if two team members feel they are certain about two separate answers.
- Trust your instinct – The first answer that comes to mind will often be the right one. So try not to overthink things!
